Who reviews research findings?
The CommonSource team reviews every finding before it appears in your workspace. This typically takes 2–3 working days, and you'll get an email when it's done.
What's the difference between "Our organisation" and "Ecosystem search"?
Our organisation looks for challenges your own organisation has published. Ecosystem search looks for matching challenges at other organisations.
Can I export my challenges?
Yes. On the Challenges page, select CSV to download the challenges currently shown, including any search or filters you've applied.
Can public bodies submit challenges to us?
Not yet. Buyer Submissions is marked Soon in the menu.
Can other organisations see my challenges?
Only if you publish them on your public page or a website embed. In suggested clusters, other organisations see your organisation's name and the researched challenge title only.
How do I get help?
Use the chat in the bottom corner of the app to message the CommonSource team.
