Every research finding is reviewed by the CommonSource team before it reaches your workspace. This typically takes 2–3 working days, and you'll get an email when it's done.
If it's been longer:
Open the challenge and check the Research box. No new findings means the review found nothing new to add.
For recurring research, check the schedule in Settings → Recurring research. Failing means recent runs failed. Exhausted means seven runs in a row found nothing new, so try a different focus, domain or place.
