Research uses an agent to find challenges for your workspace. Anyone in the workspace can start it.
Go to Challenges and select Research.
Choose where the agent should look:
Our organisation finds challenges your organisation owns or has published, from its website, strategies and plans. You can add an optional focus.
Ecosystem search finds challenges across other organisations. Describe the problem area you want it to search for.
Choose at least one domain, and optionally themes within it.
Choose at least one place. Places saved in your setup appear first.
Select Start research.
For Our organisation, research needs your organisation's website. If it isn't in your setup yet, you're asked for it. When an account owner enters it, it's saved to setup so you aren't asked again.
What happens next. The CommonSource team reviews every finding before it appears in your workspace. This typically takes 2–3 working days, and you'll get an email when it's done. Approved challenges then appear on the Challenges page.
